Rental Terms & Conditions

This Agreement is made between: Excel Hygiene, 2 Golf Cottages, St Ives Estate, Harden, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD16 1AT (here in after called the dealer) which expression shall include his successors and assigns of the one part and the hirer named in the online checkout process (hereunder called the hirer) of the other part.

Whereby it is agreed that the dealer will let and the hirer will take on hire for the hire period specified in the scheduled therein, hereinafter called the goods upon and subject to the terms and conditions set out in the schedule and overleaf.    

The minimum period of hire is the number of months specified within the online checkout process, and after the expiry there of continuing from month to month until terminated by either party here to giving to the other one months notice in writing.

The initial advance rental in £GBP is the amount specified within the online checkout process.

Immediately prior to the signing of this agreement the hirer has paid the dealer the advance rental specified above being the payment of rentals for the hire of goods for one month and it is agreed
(a) that the initial advanced rental shall be deemed to be paid in respect of the first month of the rental hire period.
(b) That under no circumstances shall the hirer be entitled to the repayment of the initial advance.

Rentals: The hirer shall pay to the dealer so long as the hiring shall continue the amounts of rentals set out upon the dates mentioned.
Rentals payable monthly in advance the first such payment to be made one month from the fitting date of the goods mentioned in this agreement.
